Ingredients: Crampbark (Viburnum opulus), Corydalis (Corydalis ambigua), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), water, cane alcohol.
Contraindications: Pregnancy, gallstones, anti-coagulants.
Dosage: 5mL as needed during acute cramps up to 3 times a day. Shake before use. Can add to a little water, tea or juice. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
