Returns and Exchanges

In store returns:
Purchases may be returned within 7 days for an exchange or store credit only. A receipt is required at the time of return and we do not give cash refunds. Skincare items, earrings, underwear, swimwear and sale items are final sale. Clothing items should be returned in unworn condition with tags still attached.
 
Online returns:
If you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange after contacting us within 7 days of delivery. All sales are final on jewelry, skincare, underwear, swimwear and sale items. Return shipping fees are the buyers responsibility. All online purchase returns must be pre-approved by Luna Collective. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at hello@lunacollective.ca, so we can provide you with return instructions. Items must be returned in new, unused condition in their original package. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions. 
 
In order to make Holiday shopping as easy as possible, Holiday orders may be exchanged up until January 7th.
