Returns and Exchanges
In store returns:
Purchases may be returned within 7 days for an exchange or store credit only. A receipt is required at the time of return and we do not give cash refunds. Clothing items should be returned in unworn condition with tags still attached.
If you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange after contacting us within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping fees are the buyers responsibility. All online purchase returns must be pre-approved by Luna Collective. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at email@example.com, so we can provide you with return instructions. Items must be returned in new, unused condition in their original package. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions.
All sales are final on jewelry, skincare and sale items both in store and online.
