Shipping policy

At this time we offer shipping to Canada and the USA. If you would like to have an item shipped to another country please reach out to us at hello@lunacollective.ca for a shipping quote.

All items are shipped from Victoria, BC and all orders will come with tracking. Items are typically shipped within 2 business days after your order is received. Please contact us if your order is time sensitive and you require it to be shipped asap. Additional charges may apply.

If you do not see a shipping option that suits your needs please contact the shop for further arrangements. All items are shipped with tracking but if you would like to request any items to be sent via lettermail (stickers, cards, or flat items) please reach out to us at hello@lunacollective.ca

We offer free shipping on Canadian orders over $125. All packages with free shipping or packages shipping with our standard flat rate option will be sent using the best carrier for your location. We typically use Canada Post, UPS or Purolator. Please note that to qualify for free shipping all items in your cart need to be "physical" items. Gift cards in your cart will not count towards this promotion.

For USA bound shipments there may be applicable duties and taxes. All duties are prepaid and will be shown at checkout. We are only shipping with Canada Post/USPS to the USA at this time.

All orders are eligible for in store pickup at no charge. Orders can be picked up daily during our open hours of 11-5. You will receive a follow up email once your order is ready for pickup. Please allow 1 hour for your order to be prepared. Orders placed after 5pm will be available for pickup the next day.
