Refund policy

In Store Purchases 

Purchases may be returned within 7 days for an exchange or store credit only. A receipt is required at the time of return and we do not give cash refunds. Skincare items, earrings, underwear, swimwear, gift cards and sale items are final sale. Clothing items should be returned in unworn condition with tags still attached. Some exceptions apply, please contact us at hello@lunacollective.ca regarding our return policy.

Online Purchases

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lunacollective.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Luna Collective, 1048 Fort St, Victoria BC, V8V 3K4

If your return is accepted, we can provide a return shipping label for a $10 restocking fee (within Canada). Please use this label to return your item(s) to us. Once the item is returned to us we will provide you with a store credit or ship out any items you would like to exchange for.

Holiday Returns

In order to accomodate gifting and returns during the holidays all purchases made after November 15th are eligible to be returned for exchange until January 7th.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products), earrings, underwear, and swimwear. We also do not accept returns for any items that were purchased on sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchange/Store Credit/Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you will be issued a store credit. If you wish to exchange for another item or size please let us know when requesting a return so that we can reserve the item for you. Exchange items will not be sent until the return has been received. We do not offer direct refunds unless there was an error made on our end.
